Training provided. • Leads supplied — no cold calling or door knocking required • Hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development • Marketing and administrative support so you can focus on clients • Team environment with collaboration and growth opportunities • Competitive commission-based compensation with unlimited potential Compensation : $75,000 - $125,000 commission-based with upside earning potential Responsibilities: • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound buyer leads • Work with clients to understand their home search needs and preferences • Schedule and attend showings, open houses, and inspections • Educate clients on the buying process, market trends, and neighborhoods • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients • Manage client relationships in our CRM with consistent follow-up • Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions Qualifications: • Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • Self-motivated with a desire to succeed • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (CRM, MLS, etc) • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 commission based with upside earning potential
