Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Show a track record of real estate success • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $30,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly yearly
