    We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Educate buyers on the local housing market • Guide clients through the home buying process, including budgeting & mortgage options • Engage with pre-qualified leads to assess their needs • Schedule & conduct showings, open houses, and home tours • Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid Canadian driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Experience working in a customer service environment and highly resourceful • We provide training and lots of support to help you close the deal • Previous work experience as a buyer's agent an asset Compensation: $75,000
