This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys working with buyers, showing homes, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Our Buyer’s Agents receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and access to real opportunities created through the company’s marketing and lead generation efforts. Chinatti Realty Group invests heavily in marketing and spends over seven figures annually on lead generation. Agents are not expected to rely only on their sphere of influence. Our systems are designed to connect agents with buyers who are actively looking to purchase homes today. Buyer’s Agents are responsible for contacting qualified leads, scheduling and conducting property showings, educating clients on the buying process, writing and negotiating offers, and guiding buyers through the transaction from accepted offer to closing. We provide transaction coordination support, sales training, and leadership guidance so agents can focus on building relationships and closing deals. We stand behind our system and training. If you follow our process and do not secure your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a five-hundred-dollar check. This is not a sign-on bonus. It is accountability on both sides. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Show a track record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
