Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible • Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads • A cell phone and a laptop computer are needed • Ability to communicate effectively • Self-motivated • Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week • Utilize and maintain your CRM • Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients • Ability to work in a team atmosphere • Be coachable • Be accountable Compensation: $129,000+ at plan yearly
