    Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads • Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. • Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price • Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish • Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $115,000 at plan yearly
