Buyers Agent Opportunity We are in search of a professional and motivated Buyer’s Agent to join a well-regarded real estate group known for serving high-value clients and providing an elevated level of service. In this role, you’ll walk buyers through every step of the purchase process, including initial consultations, tailored property tours, negotiations, and closing. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Superb communication Compensation: $140,000 at plan
