Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • An established track record of successful real estate sales Compensation: $96,500 at plan earnings
