Responsibilities: • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Show a track record of real estate success • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $150,000 at plan
