Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $150,000 at plan
