Responsibilities: • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
