Responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $145,000 at plan
