Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Team Sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Buyer lead generation • Closing sales • Objection handler mastery • Set buyer appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $165,000 at plan commissions
