Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set buyer appointments • Incorporate listing appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Show a track record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • A real estate license required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $165,000 at plan
