Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Commission opportunity • Real estate license required • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan
