Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Willingness and ability to obtain a real estate license • Find potential commercial buyers and properties • Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Natural grit and drive to show up every day • Complete in house university • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Compensation: $160,000+
