    We are seeking a motivated Buyer's Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with warm leads, is excited about forming and nurturing client relations, and is focused on closing deals efficiently. You'll call leads and current clients, show homes, host open houses, and work transactions for buyers. Responsibilities: • Engage and follow up with inbound leads via phone, text, and email. • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through the home-buying process. • Schedule and conduct property tours, host open houses. • Provide market insights, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless transactions (with a company-provided Transaction Coordinator). • Maintain CRM updates, make outbound calls (avg 30 per working day), and manage leads effectively. • Stay informed on Jacksonville market trends and industry updates. Qualifications: Personality & Skills:Sales-driven with a "hunter" mentality. • Highly personable and builds relationships easily. • Resilient & coachable with a willingness to improve. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and digital tools. • Organized & self-motivated to manage multiple transactions at once. Experience & Requirements:At least 1 year of sales experience is required. • Background in real estate is a plus.Familiarity with Jacksonville’s neighborhoods/areas and the real estate market.Reliable transportation for property tours.Ability to work flexible hours.Willingness to obtain a Florida real estate license (if not already licensed). Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
