Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • 1+ year of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $90,000 - $119,000 yearly
