Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $100,000
