Salaried Agent (Buyers): Inland Empire or Orange County This role is the client-facing service engine of Reframe. Buyer's Agents work directly with buyers who have been generated, qualified, and assigned by Reframe leadership. Your job is to convert the appointment, run the search, write the offers, manage the transaction relationship, nurture every lead over the long haul, and deliver the Reframe client experience from first showing through closing and beyond. • Agents who work with Reframe for 1+ years typically earn $100,000 - $150,000 consistently • Top performers consistently close 2–3 transactions per month from Reframe-assigned leads • 3 full-time virtual assistants dedicated to your admin, follow-up, and database hygiene • Tech stack built for production: RealScout, custom AI tools, and systems that eliminate the busywork most agents waste their day on We are looking to hire buyer's agents who can cover specific territories: • Inland Empire - San Bernardino and Riverside County. • Orange County - from South Orange County to North Orange County 90-Day Evaluation Period: Structured onboarding with weekly check-ins and clear performance milestones. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Work 5–10 warm leads and client handoffs per month from Reframe's database, sphere, and brokerage channels • Convert at 15% minimum (team average on warm leads is currently 25%) • Run buyer and seller consultations using the Reframe presentations • Show homes, write and negotiate offers, manage transactions through close • Execute the 12-month touch system on your assigned database • Lean on the support team: TC handles paperwork, EA handles listing launches and client events, and marketing handles content Qualifications: Who Thrives at Reframe: • Active California real estate license with a track record of 5+ closings per year for the last 2 years • Full-time. This is not a side hustle role • Coachable, competitive, and self-accountable • Moves fast, communicates clearly, and respects the support team's time • Motivated by closings, metrics, and structure, not by autonomy for its own sake • If you've worked with Zillow Flex before, you'll find our lead flow significantly easier to convert. Compensation: $90,000 -$150,000 yearly
