Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 yearly
