Our team closed over 260 properties in 2017 and at least two of our sales professionals will make six figures in income this year! We are seeking FULL-TIME Buyer's Agents (that either have a TN real estate license or are in the process of obtaining their real estate license) who are willing to successfully convert our leads into clients and closing while delivering superior customer service! Accountability for converting those leads is key to helping continued growth for our team and for you. We are producing an excess of buyer leads and need a couple more agents to help us cover these great, quality leads. We focus on teamwork, superior customer service, going above and beyond, and technical innovation, resulting in a fantastic base of repeat customers and referrals. We have a successful business model that delivers the best for clients while providing excellent opportunities for our team members. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Pursue new business through lead-generation activities • Quickly respond to customers' inquiries • Provide reliable customer service Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Has exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication abilities • Can rapidly adapt to real estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Aptitude to learn and work with a team • Must possess (or working towards) a real estate license (assistance will be provided) Compensation: $77,064.70 - $125,000
