The Davis Team is hiring Buyer’s Agents who want consistent opportunity, strong support, and a clear process to close more buyers. This role is designed for agents who enjoy working with active buyers and delivering a high-level client experience inside a team environment. We are not a brokerage. We are a high-producing real estate team. As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll guide clients through the home-buying journey from consultation to closing. You’ll work with motivated buyers from team-generated sources, including Zillow and online inquiries, while being supported by experienced leadership, operations, and transaction coordination. Applicants must live in Contra Costa or Solano County. We operate out of two offices: Hercules and Fairfield. If you want structure, support, and the ability to focus on buyers without doing everything alone, this role is built for you. Responsibilities: • Work with active buyers from team-provided and self-generated opportunities • Conduct buyer consultations to understand goals, timelines, and criteria • Educate buyers on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County • Schedule and conduct property showings and attend open houses • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers • Guide buyers through inspections, negotiations, and escrow • Coordinate with lenders, listing agents, and transaction coordination • Maintain consistent communication and deliver a strong client experience • Follow team systems, processes, and follow-up standards Qualifications: • Active California real estate license or in the process of obtaining one • Strong communication and client service skills • Coachable and open to feedback and training • Comfortable managing multiple active buyers • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented • Experience working with buyers preferred but not required • Must live in Contra Costa or Solano County • Familiarity with the local market is strongly preferred Compensation: $108,000
