Responsibilities: • Work with active buyers from team-provided and self-generated opportunities • Conduct buyer consultations to understand goals, timelines, and criteria • Educate buyers on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County • Schedule and conduct property showings and attend open houses • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers • Guide buyers through inspections, negotiations, and escrow • Coordinate with lenders, listing agents, and transaction coordination • Maintain consistent communication and deliver a strong client experience • Follow team systems, processes, and follow-up standards Qualifications: • Active California real estate license or in the process of obtaining one • Strong communication and client service skills • Coachable and open to feedback and training • Comfortable managing multiple active buyers • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented • Experience working with buyers preferred but not required • Must live in Contra Costa or Solano County • Familiarity with the local market is strongly preferred Compensation: $108,000
