Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Write residential purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients • Perform property evaluations to determine property value for sellers • Stay available to all your clients when they need you • Live tour requests - Imagine a world where a consumer requests a showing online, then is transferred directly to your cell phone LIVE Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Compensation: $103,000 at plan earnings
