Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • VA Real Estate License: Must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license Compensation: $100,000+ potential at plan
