Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • VA Real Estate License: Must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license Compensation: $100,000+ potential at plan
