You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Show a track record of real estate success Compensation: $100,000
