Responsibilities: • Convert company-generated prospects into face-to-face buyer and seller appointments , following the team’s proven conversion process. • Attend ongoing daily, weekly, and advanced training , including Friday OSA Workshops and Thursday Role-Play Clinics, to continuously improve sales, negotiation, and closing skills. • Participate in shadowing routines (you shadow them, they shadow you) to master benefits presentations, offer negotiations, and daily selling activities. • Maintain consistent reporting , including daily/weekly performance metrics and monthly reviews to ensure high accountability and results. • Deliver a 5-star experience to all clients by following team systems and ensuring high-quality service on every appointment. • Follow the team’s operational and sales systems to ensure high conversion rates and continually improve performance. • Collaborate with leadership and other team members through ongoing mentorship , helping elevate team culture and potentially progressing into leadership roles. Qualifications: • Strong drive, discipline, and capacity to perform at a high level , matching the “ideal agent” profile referenced in the manual. • Ability to follow structured training and development systems , including daily mandated training, the 3-day advanced course, Friday workshops, and Thursday role-play clinics. • Willingness to participate in ongoing shadowing routines (presentations, negotiations, daily routines) to master the team’s selling system. • Accountability-focused mindset , demonstrated through consistent daily/weekly reporting and monthly performance reviews. • Commitment to delivering 5-star customer service on all appointments and interactions. • Ability to convert prospects into face-to-face appointments by following the team’s lead-conversion and follow-up system. • Team-oriented and growth-minded , with potential to progress into leadership roles such as Sales Manager or Team Leader.
