Responsibilities: • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Show a track record of real estate success • 2 - 4 years of Real Estate experience required • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Westlake Village, CA, and surrounding areas • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Proficiency in real estate software and tools • Self-motivated and results-driven individual • A valid California Real Estate License is required for this job • Live close to the Westlake Village, CA, Office Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
