Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. • Utilize our lead systems to identify and engage potential buyers, maximizing opportunities. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful transactions. • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice. • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base. • Creating consistent, engaging content to grow both your personal brand and our team’s presence. • Attending weekly trainings led by top coaches and mentors in the industry. • Participating in team meetings focused on growth, market updates, accountability, and structure.
