Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market to provide clients with informed advice. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Utilize our advanced lead generation systems to connect with potential buyers and expand the client base. • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in the best possible light to attract buyers. • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at every stage. • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in real estate laws to provide clients with accurate and timely information. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation, is preferred. • Ability to guide clients through the home buying process with empathy and professionalism. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. • Strong understanding of the McAllen-Edinburg-Pharr real estate market or willingness to learn quickly. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to share insights and strategies. • Proficiency in using lead generation systems to identify and connect with potential buyers. • Excellent negotiation skills to represent clients' best interests in offers and contracts. Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
