Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • An established track record of successful real estate sales • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience NC Real Estate License required! Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 at plan commission
