You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Coordinate efforts to negotiate the property sale between the buyer and seller to achieve the desired results Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success • Bonus if you love learning about Real Estate Investment properties Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000
