Responsibilities: • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Lead follow-up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $145,000 at plan
