Responsibilities: • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Lead follow-up • Team and individual sales • Training • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • An established track record of successful real estate sales • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $145,000 at plan
