We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Participate in the weekly team meetings • Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom • Host at least 3 open houses a month, either with another team member or on your own • Utilize Sierra International to the fullest • Consistent ,continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc through Sierra International Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Show a track record of real estate success • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Board membership required Compensation: $75,000 yearly
