Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process • Buyer lead follow-up • Lead generation • Database campaigns • Sales scripts mastery • Buyer sales • Execute appointments • Close sales Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $155,000 at plan
