The Carol Royse Team is one of Arizona’s top-performing real estate teams, known for elite marketing, proven systems, and a mission to serve families in need through Save The Family. We're booking over 40 warm buyer and seller appointments per month — and we're hiring a Client Conversion Specialist to turn those opportunities into signed agreements. This is not a cold-calling role. These are warm leads who've already met with an agent. Your role is to follow up, build confidence, and convert. We’re looking for someone who can consistently produce 5+ signed clients weekly through elite-level follow-up, objection handling, and long-term relationship building — with a goal of increasing conversion rates from 17% to over 35%. Role Overview: Appointment Follow-Up & Conversion (70%) • Call buyers/sellers within 24 hours of their agent meeting • Rebuild rapport, answer questions, and walk them through the next steps • Handle objections and secure signed agreements • Update CRM records, reschedule missed appointments, and manage follow-up stages Lifetime Client Reactivation (30%) • Reconnect with past clients and uncover future plans • Offer home equity reviews and provide ongoing market insights • Stay top-of-mind through consistent, value-driven outreach • Ask for referrals and introduce new services that support wealth-building through real estate Compensation: • Base salary • Performance bonus per closing • Expected earnings: $100,000+ annually for top performers What Success Looks Like: • 5–7 signed agreements per week (based on volume + follow-up power) • 35–50 high-quality conversations per week • 2 past clients or sphere conversions per week • Minimum 80% contact rate within 24 hours on all appointments • Maintain a 30%+ conversion rate of appointments to signed agreements You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: • Have experience in inside sales, real estate, or client follow-up roles • Are confident, organized, and excellent at relationship-building • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are results-driven • Understand how to convert warm leads and nurture long-term relationships • Want to grow within a high-performance, mission-driven team Apply now to be part of a team that delivers results, supports local families in need, and offers unlimited upside for the right closer. Responsibilities: • Follow up with all buyer and seller appointments within 24 hours to reinforce value and secure signed agreements • Build trust through consistent communication, objection handling, and clear next steps • Maintain and update CRM stages to reflect lead progress and ensure clean, accurate data • Reschedule missed or delayed appointments and continue follow-up until signed • Re-engage past clients and sphere to uncover repeat business and referral opportunities • Offer Home Equity Reviews and provide ongoing value to clients to stay top-of-mind • Meet weekly conversion targets and contribute directly to team revenue growth Qualifications: • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client success, or real estate follow-up preferred • Proven ability to convert warm leads into signed agreements through follow-up and trust-building • Strong phone presence with excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills • Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing leads in a CRM (experience with Lofty is a plus) • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion goals • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment • Real estate license Compensation: $100,000
