The Jordan Jankowski Team — one of the top real estate teams in the Greater Pittsburgh area — is looking for a Client Experience & Operations Coordinator to help us deliver an elite, full-service experience to every client before, during, and after the transaction. About the Role You’ll be the backbone of our team’s daily operations — ensuring every client receives the same seamless, white-glove service that has become our trademark. From managing paperwork and coordinating appointments to maintaining client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: • Assist with transaction management, ensuring all documents and deadlines are accurate and on time • Schedule and confirm client appointments, showings, and team meetings • Attend appointments and showings with or without the lead agent as needed • Help manage and nurture relationships with past, current, and future clients through personalized follow-ups and communication • Coordinate closing gifts and ensure every client’s experience is exceptional from start to finish • Support the marketing of listings and team branding across social media, print, and digital platforms • Maintain databases and CRM systems to track leads, clients, and follow-ups • Provide general support to the team for special projects, events, and growth initiatives Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM systems, Google Suite, and social media platforms • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Real estate license is required Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000
