Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Recruit, onboard, and coach new and developing agents through the Productivity Coaching Program. • Lead daily/weekly training sessions on contracts, lead generation, scripts, and proven KW systems & models. • Hold agents accountable for their business plans, lead generation activities, and results. • Foster a culture of learning, growth, and teamwork. • Work closely with Market Center leadership to track results and continually improve the program. Qualifications: • Active real estate license with a strong production history. • Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience. • Passion for helping others succeed. • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. • Alignment with KW’s mission, vision, and values. Compensation: • Productivity Coaches are compensated by receiving 10% of each closing completed by agents enrolled in the coaching program. Compensation: $135,000 Commission Based
