Salary Range: $4 - $7 hourly (Starting) + Bonuses + Commissions + Paid Holidays / Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Proactively generate seller leads and convert them into appointments. • Communicate to the prospective clients the Company's value proposition confidently, handling objections adeptly without relying on predefined scripts. • Gather and assess information from prospective clients to qualify them effectively before advancing them in the sales pipeline. • Engage in proactive lead generation efforts via phone calls, texts, and emails to identify qualified leads and add them to the sales pipeline. • Foster enduring relationships with homeowners by offering tailored solutions that address their specific needs. • Maintain and optimize our CRM system to ensure organized and up-to-date information on all leads. • Actively participate in daily sales team meetings and training sessions. • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals including Dial Goals, Lead Goals, Appointment Goals, Conversation Goals, etc. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication prowess, both orally and in writing, along with strong phone etiquette and rapport-building skills. Proven ability to generate leads and arrange appointments over the phone, coupled with a willingness to invest the majority of the workday in phone-related activities. • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record. • Prior experience in relevant real estate roles, especially with 1 year of tenure, is beneficial. • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus. • Passion for real estate sales and a goal-oriented personality. • Possessing a proactive, problem-solving attitude. • Self-motivated and able to maintain performance without supervision. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Reliable and Demonstrates Consistent Performance.
