Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation • Qualify Leads: Ask targeted questions to assess the lead’s potential, including their motivation, timeline, and property details. Script Adherence and Personalization • Follow a Script: Maintain consistency by adhering to an established calling script, while adjusting to the lead’s responses and personality. Communication Skills • Engage with Leads: Actively listen and respond to lead inquiries and concerns professionally and politely.
