Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Potential
