Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Commercial Lead Generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent and self motivated • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $165,000 at plan commissions
