Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Commercial Lead Generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $165,000 at plan
