Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • Commercial sales • Set commercial appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent and self motivated • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $160,000 at plan
