Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Commercial lead generation • Database campaigns • Close commercial sales • Sales scripts mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
