Responsibilities: • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Qualifications: • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Self motivated and self sufficient • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Real Estate License or the motivation to get one Compensation: $112,000 - $215,000 yearly
