Responsibilities: • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
